Signer(s) Each signer will need to bring a valid government form of identification such as: Driver's License, State ID, U.S. Passport, or Real ID. All signers need to be present to sign in the presence of the Notary Public. Otherwise, only the present signer's signature will be notarized and another appointment will need to be made by remaining signer(s). Each signature is $15.00, exceptions may apply.

Forms All forms must be completely filled out with no blank spaces or voids. Forms must contain the "California Notarial Acknowledgement Statement" otherwise, a California Acknowledgement Form will be attached to your document(s).
